At Leelavathi Designer, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned — which is why we’ve made our return and refund process as simple as possible.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- You received a damaged or defective item.
- The product you received is different from what you ordered.
- The size or fitting is incorrect based on your order.
❌ We do not accept returns for:
- Customized or altered products.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used.
- Sale or discounted items (unless damaged).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or exchange:
- Email us at support@leelavathidesigner.com or WhatsApp us at +91-XXXXXXXXXX with:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
- Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
3. Return Shipping
- In eligible cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your area).
- If reverse pickup is not available, you will be asked to ship the item to our return address.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with tags intact.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method or as store credit, as per your choice.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
- If you need a different size or replacement, we’ll ship the exchange item once we receive the returned product.
- Exchange is subject to availability of stock.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them by contacting our support team.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
